SIMONS XPRESS – Terms and Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions of use (“Terms of Use”) in detail. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these Terms of Use, Terms of Service, and all terms incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference.
Our International Shipping and Mailing Address
The physical shipping and mailing address is the exclusive property of SIMONS XPRESS.
The Customer is not the owner of the shipping and mailing address.
The Customer is allowed to ship to and/or mail their goods, letters, catalogs, etc. to the address provided if their membership status is in good standing, as approved by SIMONS XPRESS.
Physical access to the shipping and mailing address is allowed based on consultation with SIMONS XPRESS only.
Prohibited Commodities
Prohibited are commodities such as:
All contraband as outlined by Jamaica Customs, items deemed unlawful, cash, debit/credit cards, jewelry, works of art, firearms and ammunition, explosive and flammable items.
SIMONS XPRESS does NOT provide a facility for customers to access shopping online with our credit card or Amazon Prime account.
We are not involved in the trading of goods and therefore act only as a facilitator. SIMONS XPRESS is not responsible for any loss as a result of incorrect purchases, items that don’t perform as stated in the online description, or any variation from the stated performance by the seller online.
Liability
SIMONS XPRESS is not liable for any loss and/or damage to customer’s goods, mails, or any shipment before entering SIMONS XPRESS’s network.
SIMONS XPRESS is not liable for any loss and/or damage to customer’s goods that are not carefully and properly packaged to meet air shipping requirements and best practices when preparing your shipment to withstand the transit cycle.
Proper packaging is the sole responsibility of the shipper/merchant. SIMONS XPRESS will not be responsible for ensuring that items are correctly or safely packaged, and will not be responsible for any damage to fragile or breakable items. All claims of this nature must be resolved between you and the seller of the items. SIMONS XPRESS will not mediate or otherwise participate in any disputes between you and the seller.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier delays, port delays, or customs processing. By placing an order, you acknowledge that such delays are inevitable and agree that SIMONS XPRESS shall not be held liable for any inconvenience or damages arising from these delays.
Claims and Settlement
SIMONS XPRESS will only accept liability as set out below:
SIMONS XPRESS is not responsible or in any way liable for losses of cash, items purchased via the internet, or items delivered to the wrong address or stolen before entering our facility.
SIMONS XPRESS is not liable for delayed mail/package delivery to our facility.
If SIMONS XPRESS under any circumstance is found to be liable for consequential loss, the maximum settlement for uninsured shipments is US$50.00.
Total liability of SIMONS XPRESS shall be limited, in any event, to US$50.00. Insurance for a higher amount can be arranged through a third party. The customer must contact our office before placing the order.
SIMONS XPRESS requires you to contact us before shipping any shipment with a value of US$500.00 or more.
Any loss and/or damage related to SIMONS XPRESS must be reported within 24–72 hours.
The Customer must inspect their shipment upon receipt for damage and/or missing content. If items are found to be damaged, missing, or lost, the matter must be reported immediately or within 24–72 hours of receiving the package. Failure to do so could affect claim settlement eligibility.
How to Report a Claim

Clear photos of the package, contents, and any damage (if applicable)
Proof of value (invoice or receipt from the vendor)
Approved settlements will result in replacement items of equal value.
All items transported through the service require a commercial invoice to clear customs. Items cannot be declared as gifts. The invoice must show the item’s description, date of purchase, and original purchase price.
Customs and Clearance Charges
By using our services via https://simonsxpress.lat, you authorize SIMONS XPRESS, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents to act as your agent for the acceptance, transport, importation, and delivery of your shipments.
You authorize SIMONS XPRESS to make declarations based on information provided by you or found within the shipment.
The Customer agrees to reimburse SIMONS XPRESS for:
Customs duties and taxes (local and foreign)
Associated clearance charges and fees
Unspecified costs related to the customer’s shipment
SIMONS XPRESS reserves the right to refuse, withhold, turn over, or destroy items contravening any laws or regulations.
Items transported into Jamaica may be inspected by Jamaica Customs. SIMONS XPRESS is not responsible for damages or additional charges resulting from inspections.
Payment for Service
The customer agrees to pay SIMONS XPRESS charges and fees for clearance, handling, and related services.
SIMONS XPRESS is not responsible for items not collected within 30 days. Such items may be auctioned, discarded, or disposed of at our discretion.
Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information provided to SIMONS XPRESS and your seller. Errors in names, addresses, or identification numbers may result in lost or delayed packages. Unclaimed or unidentifiable items will be held for 30 days and then disposed of without compensation.
Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy
All services rendered by SIMONS XPRESS are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for merchant errors. Returns or exchanges must be arranged directly with the merchant.
We can facilitate return delivery while the goods are still at your U.S. delivery address. Return labels must be provided or paid for in advance.
Delivery Policy
General Information
We receive shipments twice weekly (Mondays and Fridays).
Packages arriving in Miami between Monday–Wednesday (by 12:00 PM) will clear on Friday.
Packages arriving Thursday–Saturday (by 12:00 PM) will clear on Monday.
Delivery Time
Priority Deliveries: within 1–2 business days.
Express Deliveries: within 1 business day if paid by 8:00 AM.
Delivery Locations
We deliver to Kingston, Spanish Town, and Portmore.
One delivery address per shipment.
We do not enter volatile or narrow-lane areas.
If delivery fails, packages return to the warehouse for pickup.
Storage fees: $30/day after 30 days.
Delivery Address Preference
You can add two addresses — one for weekday and one for weekend delivery.
No Sunday deliveries.
Address Changes
Cutoff time for address changes: Friday and Monday at 5:00 PM.
Express Delivery
Available to specific areas at $1000. Payment and request by 8:00 AM.

Package Priority
Packages are processed on a first in, first out basis.
Changes to Terms of Use
SIMONS XPRESS reserves the right to change or modify these Terms of Use or any related policy at any time.
Changes are effective immediately upon posting on https://simonsxpress.lat.
Your continued use of the website signifies acceptance of any modifications.
